News::
- We had a soccer heavy weekend with Bergen’s last game of the season, and the Seattle Sounder’s last game of the regular season! Not only did the Sounders win (and receive a buy in the MLS playoffs), but we got to share the experience with friends who were attending their very first match! An exciting afternoon for sure.
- We are finally going to carve our pumpkins tonight! We wait until just a few days before Halloween since otherwise we’ll end up with moldy rotten pumpkins on the big night.
- Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, November 4th. It’s “fall back”, so make sure to plan accordingly! Here’s a bit on surviving the dark and rainy days of late fall.

It’s all about a simple countdown (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) that can transform your mindset to create more action, and less self doubt. I’m only just finishing part 1, but I’m finding it easy to read, and very inspiring so far!
